Okay this is gonna sound stupid but I really can't figure out how to make a topic on the fourms the buttons where they normally would be ( top and bottom of the page) for replies and to make new threads are not showing up.

still not showing up after you guys did stuff to the servers and the reply buttons and msg buttons aren't either. is there a step I'm missing to be able to post?
