Well this is perhaps random but I saw your post by proxy from the person you where trying to help earlier, and it is always hard to deal with having family in the hospital particularly some so close. I wish you both you and her well and a speedy recovery whatever the case may be, whatever my words might be worth.

You don't need to pay for anything just click on forum and select a thread that interest you, broarmy.net/index.php/Thread/30463-Rules/ is a tread on rules and it may also contain a few tips on how to post as well but otherwise you should also be able to start a thread or reply in select forums unless locked by an admin.
