This server is exactly what it's called, a Build Server! Feel free to build wherever you want, whenever you want!

This server has GRIEF PROTECTION. So in No-way will there be damage to your work.

Also, about the whole "Almost 24/7" thing. My friend is going to purchase a yearly fee, to get the server with Paid-Hosting. So there will be less strain on my CPU.
Everytime I record/upload videos, the server will either be down, or have a HUGE Lag-spike. ( I will warn people using my Twitter and Youtube about this issue.)

Haha, I can say the same. I own the server, and all I built was the spawning platform, and a very flamboyant castle.
