Well i suggest you change it since it makes it sound more clear and easier to understand, at least until u got a better mic

it does sound alot clearer and energetic with the voice changer so if your sure youd want to then i say go for it

No, I would rather hear your voice, not someone elses.
And with the voice changer I can tell it's fake and it kinda reminds me of the typical gay guy voice. It's just a little girly sounding.

I would reccomend working on your speech and being more energetic, if you don't know how to do you shouldn't be commentating.

It would certainly be different and it does make you sound generally more entertaining... Some people just have a "voice for radio" as the saying goes and some people don't. I once used a voice changer for a 4 minute section of an LP once and everyone HATED it so I never used it. But at the end of the day, it's your call, I think you sound really cool in both ways but if you told a joke (even a bad one) with the second voice I would need an ambulance from laughing :')
