tryng to add a sig picture :( but not working

hey guys... me again -.-

i know this might sound kinda stupid but...
i was tryng to add a picture to my signature
but didn't really work...
i first put my sig in the gallery first (LONG STORY WHY)
and i copied the pictures url and didnt work...
instead it shown just a blank picture...
yes i know that it's really easy... but
anyway... help?
