You know, I want to do a gameplay of The House, but I don't know how to record flash with Fraps... Or how does PewDie record flash? Please tell me, I want to show it to a friend.

Well just to tell you what I do, I record my whole desktop screen with the gameplay. So I'll first start recording then, open up the game/thing I wanted to do. When I feel like I'm done with the gameplay, I stop recording, and I edit it by cropping my video screen size to a reasonable size to just fit the game I'm playing and nothing else. Well, it's kinda hard to explain when you never experience it, I think? But I hope I helped. Somewhat? :P

Computer: HP Windows Vista Laptop (Not really recommended)

    Software: FRAPS (Recomend)

Editing Software: Sony Vegas (Recommend, for beginning editors. It may cost a lot, but it's easy, understandable, and gets the job done.)

  • I think most people use Camtasia when recording flash games. You can actually crop the area of the screen that you want the program to record, which is nice.

I believe that the newest version of FRAPS allows you to record flash games now, but it'll record the entire screen. So you'd have to do a little bit more work in the editing process to get the rest of the web page out of frame.

    Hope this helped a little.
