Before you post your answer, be aware that I have Googled this and searched thousands of text walls but to no avail. My Skyrim is legal, there are no conflicting mods and I got this mod from Skyrim Nexus and I am on a PC.

I am trying to install a custom mod for a texture and mesh. I have placed it in my data folder as I am supposed to. However it is not working. So I turn to the bros because there are some real tech heads here and I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this.
