this is a club dance that originated in the late 1980s in the underground rave music scene in Melbourne, Australia. the basic steps are runningman and t-step, you can find tutorials on the internet. it maybe looks easy, but try it... it's soo difficult, takes a lot of time and every shuffler has his own style.
a lot of countries have their own group called Hardstyle Republic. there are shufflers who 'represent' their country. I'm in Hardstyle Republic Poland. :3
