I don't consider Justin Bieber to be a "barrel". A barrel is someone who insults others or trolls other people for no other reason than to make themselves feel superior. Justin Bieber has no such intention as far as I can tell. Even if his music is bad, it does not mean he is a bad person.

I don't personally hate him. I could see why someone might dislike him or his music, but hate should be reserved for someone who has wronged you or wronged someone you've loved in a terrible way. For me, it's hard to justify any vindictive feelings towards him, since it's my choice whether I listen to his music or his ideas. Even though Justin Bieber does have a widespread global influence, he is still quite far from being worthy of the same amount of hatred as Hitler received
