Ever since I saw the Bleach M.U.G.E.N suggestion here, I decided to as well.. suggest this game.. It's called Ougon Musou Kyoku Cross.
Ougon Musou Kyoku is a 2D Tag Team Fighting Game for the PC platform. Its story and characters are based on the popular visual novel Umineko no Naku Koro ni from 07th-Expansion. Now if you already know what Umineko no Naku Koro ni ( When The Seagull Cries ) you've probably watched the anime or the visual novel of it. This has a different perspective now. There is also an addition of a new character in the game that is found only in the game Umineko no Naku Koro ni Hane ( that's the person who's in the screenshot below )

Though it said that we need the original game (Ougon Musou Kyoku) to install the expansion (Ougon Musou Kyoku Cross) and sadly the original game is sold out as well
