GW2 is an MMORPG and I don't really like RPG's in general. Firefall looks more like an MMOFPS and I like playing FPS. If I had to play one of them I would play Firefall (more active action).

If GW gonna be, which is going to happen, pay to play then certainly not. I hope Firefall isnt gonna be p2p, because i just love it based on vids, its gonna be so epic, MMOFPS ftw.

I'll definitely buy GW2 (I've been longing for an epic MMO for a while) and I'll give Firefall a try (it looks amazing!).
As for GW2, just to settle the confusion about it being 'pay to play'... you do buy the game, ONCE, but you have no monthly fees. There will be micro transactions but the devs said that they will not be things that will unbalance the game (only 'visual' things and stuff to cut on time, but nothing you can't get with ingame money to begin with). If there are big expansions like GW1 you would have to pay, but again, no monthly fee. That makes a whole lot of difference if you ask me...

Considering the first Guild Wars game sticked to the 'pay once' thing without fail and never forced a monthly fee on their players, I think you can rest assured it won't change with Guild Wars 2.
