Fragments of Fear- Ib LIKE GAME?

I know how many of you liked Ib and I found this game similar to it, it`s called Fragments of Fear, its not as good as Ib but it immediately reminded it of it.

Hmmm, Gamejolt says that it is still in development, meaning that download is probably that of an incomplete game. I'd rather wait until it is complete before downloading it.
