How to implant a Youtube video into my posts?

Yeah, I still don't get how you do that. Stupid, aren't I? Oh well, could someone please explain? I'm confused, and I really want to know how to do it!

youtube /youtube

with brackets[] surrounding both of them. Just copy and paste the youtube url/link in between them.
