oStream - I search YOU

Hello Bro's,

I'm happy to introduce "oStream" to you.

What is "oStream"

- oStream is an online-streaming service like YouTube. I just got the idea to make something like the old YouTube combined with new community-ideas. At oStream you can get an profile and a number of channels. That means you can use 1 account for maybe 5 channels.

What are the Features of oStream?

- As I said, I will focus on community, functionality and freedom. You'll can edit you're channel withour beeing a partner or something. With use of Smarty-Variables (like Tumblr) you'll be able to set up full set of themes. (And you can fuck up a lot of things @ you're channel but no problem.

What does it costs?
- nothing. I'll try to get the project open source. Only the costs for servers will need ads.

How can I help?
- oStream searches WebDevelopers (PHP, MySQL, Javascript and HTML5+CSS3. You can help me by joining the team today. I'm also searching for graphical designers (Web). Ideas are good too!

I was actually thinking, what about a little extra section for people to SHARE their channel/stream? Just throwing stuff out there, but most people want big statistics, right? To get more popular? I think that'd be cool. Just throwing shiz out there. Whataya think?

Maybe I could think about an "kickstarter"-part at the page where people can get viral about some days.

Just need to think about the "HOW"

What do you think about a Metro-Kickstarterpage.
Every 3 days, there will be 10 random users getting kickstarted. - you also can apply for getting kickstarted and the design will
be similiar to Microsoft's Metro-Design.

Imagine something like this, with the Userpictures and 3 Thumbnails of Videos.
would be awesome , wouldn't it?
