Metro: Last Light is an upcoming post-apocalyptic action-oriented video game with a combination of survival horror and first-person shooter elements. Initially expected to be released in the summer of 2012[2], it was announced on February 2, 2012, that the game would be delayed until the first quarter of 2013.
Previously announced as Metro 2034,[3] the game is a sequel to Metro 2033, and although author Dmitry Glukhovsky has apparently been working with the developers, it bears no relevance to the book Metro 2034.
The game was originally shown at the 2011 E3 show, and was included in the Wii U showreel, though THQ has since stated that the game may not be released for the platform.[4][5] Voices for the game include Lance Henriksen, Nolan North, Khary Payton, andPatton Oswalt.
