Can you use used music in your productions?

So, the title doesn't really explain much because it's hard to explain in the title.

So the thing is, can I use music on my own productions? that's been already " Patented / Proprietary". For an example, if I would use music from amnesia or so?
No, I wouldn't make money out of it. Let's just say that if I would be making my own game and I want to have amnesia music in it.
I would still notify that the music has been taken from the amnesia and I don't own it.

I've been wondering this a lot lately. The answer is pretty simple. Yes or no?
So can I do this?

Hopefully I explained it right, I'm pretty tired at the moment and going to sleep soon.

if the music is copyrighted youtube could take your video down and give you a flag.

Not sure if the youtube administrive team cares about people giving credit to the rightful owners or not but the thing that happens when you get flagged is that you can't upload videos over 5 minutes or something, and you can't be a youtube partner I think.

If you get the permission by the official rightsholder you'll be able to use it. The complicated thing is that on YouTube you may would have to contact YouTube for unflagging your video and Google's support isn't the best.

you know, i downloaded a pack of music, which was free, like not illegal or anything,
