To answer this question and keep you happy I must ask what type of games do you prefer playing RPG/Shooters (like fallout) or God games (like the Sims). These games are polar opposites so someone could say Prison Architect is better for this that and the other reason and they hate shooters and vice versa; However if you like these types of games equally I would say go with the cheaper one if they are priced differently, but it really depends on your preferred play style.

Also depends if you're talking Borderlands 2 on PC make sure you have the specs of your PC for Borderlands 2(not that that game is hefty, but its always nice to include spec lookout) if that is even a factor.(You won't want to play a frame rate crazy game)
