Lately we have too many people making inproper suggestion topic containing no actual information about the game etc. , So I thought about some ideas to make this section better and prevent such stupid topics from existing.
1.) Force a page upon first visit of the Suggestion section with the current list and the ToS of the forum. The user is also needed to stay on the
page for 5 minutes and scroll down and type in a box "I have read the suggestion list and agree with the ToS". Users can gain warnings if they suggest multiple games who have been suggested multiple times in a short time (since some things can be overlooked ofc.). Hopefully this will help.
2.) Put the Suggestion section on moderation , meaning that EVERY TOPIC POSTED THERE need to be checked and approved by the staff team and/or people who have been assigned the section to relieve the staff but need to follow a proper guideline. This will drastically decrease the useless topics being posted but this will make the strain on the moderators higher.
3.) Make the suggestion section use a forced form (not some rules) which you need to fill in and you need to fill in all blanks or otherwise your topic will not be created.
