Can't Join The Server?

Does anyone know if there is something wrong with the server? I tried getting on 2 days ago and it was down for the whole day, I went to my sisters and didn't have internet for 2 days and I tried getting on now and It's still says cannot connect to server

and I was on the night before It stopped working for me

The server have a tendency to shutdown and start up at weird times.
