What type of music pumps you up in general

The type of music that really pumps me up and gets me going for everything spanning from making videos and even exercising is well a mixture of edm and dubstep etc......WHATS THE DIFFERENCE THOUGH!? I can jam and spaz out to both xD How about everyone else?

I'd like to listen to all sorts of things. My music genre goes all the way from Disney to Metal I think.
But im definitely have to agree on nextgenphoneoix here as well, dubsep works really great for pumping up my state before making a video when im feeling a bit lazy lol.
