Okay. i have small youtube channel my self [110 subs] and i have the same problems as pewds.

First of all turn off links by going into youtubes settings and > community > community settings.
Then you will see the black list.
type here something like
www.
.fi
.com
.net
ect

Then only the channel owner can post links.
