I'm confused though.
You wrote first that you drew it, then stated you painted it, which is completely different. What materials did you use to get this effect? As an artist, your grasp on realism and textures is fascinating and I love learning more.

look at the pic, only the colors change, shape doesn't. When hand drawing something no matter how skilled ,shape will always be at-least a bit different. Here , literally every pixel is same.
