I know, he said it's not a big deal but I worry. But I think it's okay to worry or not push him into keep making those videos because we all just want the best for him. So don't feel bad bro. x

Coming from someone whose had multiple panic attacks (anxiety is the cause of mine though). It can be a very dramatic experience, knowing and having support helps. But everyone experiences a different outcome from them. It is surprising to hear but we just gotta let him sort it out in his own time, and hopefully he turns out alright and willing to do them more often again
