Despite things like The Silk Road getting press for selling illegal drugs over the deep web, most of the deep web isn’t creepy or nefarious — the majority of it is unindexed web garbage, so to speak. Now for the Game, the actual game containes virusses and a lot of "cheese pizza", but a kindly reddit user cleaned all the files and made them "legal", altough i have to warn you , you can never be 100% sure that there is not a virus in there, so recommand using a virtual machine (like virtual box)
