Depends on how you play it, Battlefield 3 has a lot of depth and tactic if you know your way around, which you have to. Call of Duty is a bit more arcade style, but you can use some tactics there too.

Lets make that no shall we? Most people are running around like chickens without heads and manage to wipe everyone of the map. Call of Duty is a game of skill where almost no teamwork is involved while at BF3 it would be hard to not use teamwork and then come out victorious xD
