You do not get a copyright strike if you have your own materials, like songs. If you have others songs or videos that might give you a copyright strike. But i think a animation is okay. Feel free to upload it.

Any clips from copyrighted videos could be reported and taken down for infringement. Any audio over 30 seconds will also have the same affect.
But in your description, just leave a link to PewDiePie's channel and make it blatantly clear that you don't own any rights to the audio used in the video. You'll avoid any issues if you play it safe.Much Love,

Um, I think you should be fine if you don't monetize the video. It's your own animation even though you used someone's audio, and you're not making any money off of it or preventing mr pie from making money, I guess... So, I don't see that there would be a problem.
