In pewds photoshop videos he colours in the face and then he turns it transparent like he does here...How does he do that? also i already have a fully paid version of photoshop.

Simple overlay/screen effect. I suggest you to look for some tutorials regarding photoshop in general.
You might have a professional tool, but if you don't know how it works it's pretty much useless.
