You have to set a spawn point (forgot the correct term) on your plane.
Try searching for the most basic tutorials for getting a dev environment and such.

Actually you are quite right with that , if you keep asking for people to do something you will sadly learn quite slow. Only ask help if you have spent a lot of time of trying to fix the problem and can't find the way to fix it on the internet before you consult people.

Are you 100% right that your plane are placed facing up and added a boxlight so you can see the surrounding area?

Make this startpos = "playerstartarea_1
To this startpos = "playerstartarea_1"
and it might work. XD

That might be actually it , since it quite important to close the "settings" with the quotation marks.

Always those small things messing up, Always doublecheck your doublecheck.

So just for the fall :

You want to fall to the ground?

Just make a startpos up , put an area where he'll fall like "Ground_1"

So in your mapping select the area , put a script area named "Ground_1" . Let's do the script.
