Apparently the "license" is just registering for them to send you offers. This Anki thing has lot of potential. I bet it would be a lot more fun with augmented reality, and it's not unfeasible. As far as I can tell, the cars are using wireless triangulation, which the glasses could use too.

Anki is a duck from Sweden. I'm serious it's a children's show that went off the TV a few years ago.
