I been going back and forth between the M17x and the M18x

The M17x is $2432 with all this stuff.. and the M18x is $3000 Fully Upgraded, Also will the M17x run Fraps and do Live Streaming good?

Which one should I get?

Most things can run Fraps if you them clean enough (not physically...)
But if you're playing a game like Diablo III and want to record it, you want a minimum of about 5GB ram.
And streaming depends alot on your internet connection as opposed to your ram, but you obviously cant rely on like 2GB of ram of do all the work.

All in all, if you have THAT much money to spend, I'd advise going for a Sony instead, since Alienware are part of Dell, I'm a little cautious of them.
Dells are hella unreliable.

With a credit account? Because it will go through DELL anyway and their credit accounts basically are "Ok so we are going to take 3,000 out of your credit and you have to pay 39% of that for the next 30 years so instead of paying 3,000 straight for this laptop you will pay almost 10k"

Yea I would build my own and save alot of money but I have no Internet jacks in my house.. just one and the jack cost 200 for the guy to install it and then like other 100 for the guy from Comcast to come out. So Im going for the Laptop because its Portable and not many cables and shit.
