Razer Kraken Pro really loud (Win 8.1)

Hey Brochachos,

anybody here who also got a Razer Kraken Pro (not the USB Version)?
Whats your configuration or is their a driver from Razer I overlook?

I have it at Volume 6/100 and its quiet loud

Razer Kraken Pro is just really loud in general, do you use it for video games? I wouldn't recommend if so, the sound detail is kind a low, Razer has just a few good gaming headsets I prefer other brands, like Asus, Steelseries or even Ozone.
Currently I have Asus Orion Pro which is from The Republic of Gamers

Thanks for your response - Finally I found the problem and could fix it - missed some settings in the Windows Sound-Output Options

Dunno if the regular Razor Kraken offers this, but you should download the Razor Synapses for it. I have the Razor Kraken 7.1 and that program helps out a lot. You get it right from the website and it has more volume adjusters. Again it may not work for the regular Razor Kraken but worth looking into.

There is a Razer Software that works for every headset even on the other brands
