Fallout 3 babyyyy.
It's a post-apocalyptic action role-playing game where your actions do alter certain events and places in the world and yeah, you'll get different conclusions depending on what you do.
It's really great. It was probably the first action game I played where I could be a female in that universe as well as switch between a first and third person's view.
The game's also pretty rad with the story and choice of perks.
And this game led me to Skyrim.
So yeah.

I can't really chose one but my top two would be Dishonored and Final Fantasy XII (not to say I don't like the others, but this is by far my favorite installment).
Both games have a great story, even if I do admit FF XII leaves some loose ends I'd like to be explained. They are both great looking and have some amazing soundtracks. I admit... the story mainly sells it for me, but still.
Dishonored is probably my favourite PC game tho. Honestly. The moment it came out I was screeching that it was a game made especially for me, as it combines stealth, exploration great storyline, beautiful graphics, engaging world and fun mechanics and i pretty much get the kick out of completing every level on ghost and no kill OTL (I am however still not done with collecting all of the coins //chokes)

But I have to say I gree with raee... Fallout 3 (and new vegas) deserve a top spot too...
and maybe arcanum, that was a great RPG too...
and forever Diablo 2, can never get enough of it...
and stop me please before I list another 50 games i think deserve to be called 'the best of the best'

I'm all about good graphics & an interesting story.

The Sims 2, 3 and 4 (PC), Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword (Wii), Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon (Wii), haha, when I was younger I loved playing Nintendogs on the Nintendo DS Lite and Mario Cart (DSLite) xD

Hmm. I love Okami and Okamiden, because awesome art style, awesome story and doing stuff with an ink brush is fun. Also Kid Icarus: Uprising, because I'm a sucker for humor, (HEY WHERE DID THE 4TH WALL GO IN THIS GAME!?) gameplay is fun, multiplayer is addictive.
Also Pokémon. Because I couldn't live without Pokémon.

Bastion.
Because Soundtrack, Art, Narration, Feels and SOUNDTRACK!

Best game ever? Maybe not.
Worth checking out? Hell yass!
