Glitch on Dark Souls 2 ??

So.. I just started playing Dark Souls 2.

This is my problem. All of 4 Great Souls has been embraced. But the door on the Shrine of Winter won't open, it says "Seek Mighter Souls" what happened ?? anyone can help me please

You did not mention you did a Google search in your post, but I suggest asking on other forums like GameFAQs as there might not be many people here who played that game.

After the Duke's Dear Freya boss battle, did you press X on the red thing that appeared on the ground in front of the dragon's skull? If not, then you haven't embraced that boss' soul.

If that doesn't work, then you can open the Shrine of Winter by collecting a very large amount of souls. Go look up how many.

all Primal bonfires is kindled. and i checked two times all of them. Maybe this is just bug , i dont really know.

anyway, i have two character. i used cheat for this character to reveal secret. But i have passed shrine of winter on my Pure Character (no cheat).
