I have already made a decent intro, but an outro would probably be necessary for my channel, I'm not sure what program to use, or what website. Can someone help me with this?

U have to make it be hand. That's What I do. (but haven't been doing recently)
I use Sony Vegas Pro 12, U have to use multiple Video and Audio Layers to do an Outro. Its sounds hard but it really isnt-={[Snakeskull7]}=- -

If you want to make superduperswagulishusfabulous outro, i recommend Hit Film 2. 100+ templates, sound effects, superduperswagulishusfabulous easy! You can look on YouTube for tutorials, you will know everything in like 2-3 minutes! Why to use boring SonyVegas, and it's a video editing program! Not VFX. So, use superduperswagulishusfabulous Hit Film 2 (I recommend ultimate version)
