This is why I rather talk and chat on skype than on the chat box. Too many people randomly shouting BARRELS PEW PEW etc. Its fun but when it crosses the line it crosses the line.

I think the issue about inappropriate behavior and language have been adressed enough for it to occur in such a mass as it did, should not be a biggie anymore, even though some users are stubborn to keep it up.

Is the chatbox open for everyone? or just users only? I think we should have a limit. Or maybe a required number of posts before they can enter a message in the chatbox.

I Believe it is for users with registered accounts. Requiring posts would just encourage spam on the forums.

But yes I agree, something like 5 posts, so everyone who comes here actually contributes to the forum itself.

Well, there is a 5 second delay between every comment, shouldn't have to be longer for a shoutbox if you ask me.

But I have to say this, the community here is just great. I love it that everyone is relaxed, not flaming each other over random bullshit and just being bros!

The chat box is Ok when you get everyone to stop saying pewdie quotes and talk about one thing. Problem is when a new person joins all I can see is:

BARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRELS.

Lucky me, I haven't seen too much weirdness in the shoutbox, but I guess that's because I'm not there for very long periods of time. Just when checking the homepage for recent posts.

I totally agree on this. I actually started to 'chat' on the shoutbox but haven't really seen that much weirdness as some can say.
