How do I cut my facecam video?

There are 2 parts on both sides of the video which is not needed, and I don't know how to delete that part. I want to do this in Vegas or if I can't do it in Vegas then in Premiere Pro. I made a picture of it, cuz I can't describe it

Also, in Vegas I can't move the minimized facecam to those sides in the video which is a very big deal. I can only put the facecam in the middle of the video. I can only put it into the corner with Premiere Pro, but I prefer Vegas. Help?

ow and you might have to edit out the black parts in you facecam and then import the edited version into your gameplay

at the very right of your video track in sony vegas, there's 2 symbols, click on the left one, there you can crop out the black stuff
