Stereo vs. Mono - Youtube

Hey,

So I've been thinking about which audio reproduction should Youtuber use, stereo or mono? Stereo usually sound better, because it creates the impression of sound heard from various directions. This is the best option for gameplay footage. But what about commentary? Should it be mono or stereo?

And what is the best for Vlogs?

So:

Stereo - All around, surround sound (best for gameplay footage).
Mono - From one side only (Commentary??)

Just go with the Stero it produces the best imo
But hey do what you want to do
For vlogs and commentary just stick with the settings that are preset and edit later if there is any noise coming in

Stereo for everything that doesnt come out of your mouth.
Mono alligned to center for commentary.
