Mac Gaming Questions

  • I use a Mac for all of my recording and gaming, but as far as a free screen recorders go you're sorta shit out of luck.

I use Screenflow for my recording/editing and it costs 100 dollars. As far as free downloadable games for mac I would recommend going to the indie.db and looking. A lot of games have Mac versions available.

A bit of advice. If you're going to actually be serious about recording and getting subscribers and all of that noise, you're going to have to invest something.

    This is all constructive criticism.

Thanks for the advice. Gotta have an income before I can invest i guess. :)

    What Leviathan says ^
Speaking of noises, Mac has an internal microphone so it could really affect the sound quality of your video. It really sucks because I've the problem for quite a while until I got myself a Snowball so now it really take away the weights off my shoulder.
    -Edit-
Got to edit this post because I've one more thing to say. I'm helping my friend who just got a Macbook for her birthday so i wouldn't mind helping you at all if you are going to take your channel seriously.
Not all the games out there are available for Mac and there would be a favorite Pc game that you want to play, I recommend you to use WineSkin or Crossover. I mainly use Crossover and Wineskin as my back-up. Quite useful but it doesn't work 100% of the time. For me, anyway.
    Cool. Good luck
