You know, I'd say Outlast is already a mirror's edge/amnesia cross-over ,haha.
But I hope you'll find your guys here or anywhere else. As long as it won't contain instant-jump scares and ultra-shitty graphics/quality.

You clearly don't know anything about game design -__- you're making it sound so much more simple than it is. I do game design at college, and trust me. It's a lot harder than you're making it out to be haha.

I like this concept but...AaronGrylls is right.
You'll need a storyboard that the team you're building will agree and work with. You will need to find a game engine you want to use, or even harder, build your own. Once that is all out of the way you will need to render textures for level construction, create character models and their animations (all separate), then line up a script so that the story flows with in the CGI creations. There is always potential voice acting that may need to be done. Sound effects. All of which you will need to learn, or have someone who knows assorted programming languages so they can develop the interactions between the character and each level/character.

I also agree with AaronGrylls and in all honesty in your post, you made yourself seem ignorant to the proper process of making a game, even though that may not be true. However I would love to join and help I can write, voice act, draw basic concept art, can make 3D models, animate and texture. I can also help with level design.
