Firstly, don't take any of this badly but I will tell you the harsh truth.

Pretty much you have screwed up your chances because you have got a strike. No one that can partner you will bother because if you have a strike on your account then your not gonna be a worthwhile partner to them. Also, you don't need a partnership incase you want to monetize. I could monetize my videos from day one. They automatically give you such priviledges now. But the strike may mean you are unable to make full use of such features. Also, if you are partnered it has no effect on whether or not your account gets deleted. It is just a case that with certain networks it is harder to get deleted channels because they sort out any of the legal stuff.

Once again, don't take it harshly but to be honest you are a little stupid if you have went through 4 channels already!

Also, most networks won't partner anyone under the age of 16, and by your typing, you do sound under 16.
Work on getting your content to a decent standard, a few more subs (Most want 1k subs before they'll sign you), and just generally building on your channel
