  • YouTube channel thread never gets accepted.

Hi guys, I wonder whether any of you will be able to answer me why this keeps happening. I have tried to submit a thread a few times and they don't seem to get accepted. I have made sure that every time I have used all of the necessary information that is needed. I have also made quite a few more posts around the forum than some other people have done yet they get accepted. I might be missing something but hopefully you may notice it?

In advance, thank you for a help that I get. I apologise if I have missed something really stupid here!

Also, do you know how long it takes for these threads to get accepted? I'm guessing this isn't the case as some were posted over 1 week ago.

  • Im not sure why you dont get accepted, are you sure youv read the requirements right? I seen some guy with just 12 posts get onto it

I havent tried yet because I want to build a decent sub number before posting with like 2 subscribers but yeah

Have another go and re-read the requirements again maybe you missed something
  • The thing is there are people that have only made a few posts but get it so :( They seem to be a more obvious for only joining for it. I'll admit at first I was looking for new forums to put my channel on but I like this forum because it has a lot YouTubers on which I enjoy :) And everyone here are awesome because they also like PewDiePie :D Also, I would've waited another month to try again but then when I found out you needed 100 subs for the shout out comp I really wanted to see how close I can get before the comp ends :)

eternity one of the requirement is to have at least 100 subs from looking at your channel you only have 30 subs... and that's the reason why your thread is not getting accepted.. :P
He's not talking about the shoutout competision, this thread has nothing to do with it. He's talking about youtube section of the forums where you can make post of your channel. Those post have to be approved by moderator first before it appears.
  • Just stick around the forums for a month or so before you retry. My thread got rejected as well, when I submitted it I didn't know you had to be an active forum member haha. But these forums seem nice anyways, so hanging around for a while should be fun. Don't make it your main goal to make a thread about your channel here, because if that's the case, you've come to the wrong type of forum.

(truth being told - I joined this forum mainly for the shout out competition. But the community here has very pleasantly surprised me, so now I just hang around because I like it here.)
Fast speaking Dutchman who enjoys talking to his computer screen in an
attempt to entertain people. Slightly insane, completely awesome.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.

Keep your hopes up high and your head down low.

Ok cheers mate :) Thanks for the help :)

And yeah, I found it mainly for somewhere to advertise and while I was posting stuff to get a few contributions to the community I thought to myself, this is actually a really good forum :) I am glad I came across these forums now. There are a lot of helpful people that actually reply to threads whereas there are usually just views, no feedback on most forums.

And btw, Toyo..., I am moving on about it but I was just curious of the reasons for the thread denial. Also I was following all the guidelines I saw and I know it is a forum dedicated to a YouTuber not a YouTube forum. But you have to admit there are a lot of Youtubers on these forums.

  • Woh! Don't bitch! I was just intrigued about why it didn't get accepted when I have seen people with 6 posts getting them accepted. I don't know about anyone else but that isn't active in my opinion. Most people have probably got 6 posts in mind before they even join xD
