    I have a ATI Radeon HD 4350 and it used to work just great 8 month ago with Games Like League of Legends, CoD. But Now The Fps is just Crap and the Screen Keeps Flickering i'v searched for updates for it but the update messes up my screen after it gets installed and i notice that nothing happened or nothing changed I don't know what actually happened and so as Flash games ... From a Really Long time either Used to work Without any Lag But now i noticed when ever i open a Flash game CPU usage goes up to 100% stuck at it then goes to 96% then up to 100% again so i can't play the flash games any longer and that's a major problem so please can anybody figure this out for me ? I'v tried CC Cleaner Registery Cleaner and Sort of Stuff but still nothing changed.

  • check your processes and see what's using your CPU...and maybe it's a result of updating you driver cuz ATI Catalyst is going through some major changes...try installing the older driver or the one that came with graphic card ( the CD ) and if that didn't work your windows might need a repair or re-installation...

  • Try downloading the AMD Catalyst Beta Drivers, if that doesn't help, return to the old drivers, if your screen messes up during the installation DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PC, I have the same thing, it's your computer removeing your gfx card as a virtual device and then adding it WITH the new drivers, if it takes too long be patient or contact AMD/ATI Support, and check on you process list to find out what's using your cpu, if you found the process Google will tell you the way.
