I think you should ask him out on a date, and then once the date is over tell him what you trully feel (thats what im going to do)
and make sure the date will be more then 2 hours long, that you will not notice that you spend so much time togther, and also how fun it is to be with someone like him, then when the date is over, you call his name, then you say that you had fun with him and you are really glad that he shared time with you, and then tell him how you trully feel about him, that so romantic

and if he sends a negative comment or something back, send: "*yeah, you?"
