You don't have to call them anything.

Don't call them anything unless it is something that is relevant to your own channel, or persona. There are many people who just say 'audience', or 'guys/ gals'. Both of those are good, simple and safe

In my own opinion, if you haven't been calling your audience something already, there's no need to call them anything.
This question falls under the category of your own personality. Take PewDiePie for example. Surely he didn't spend time to think to himself what he wanted to call his audience, it's probably just something he would say on a daily basis. When he says it, it doesn't sound forced or fake, and that's the whole point of calling your audience something.
My advice to you is to just leave it alone. Over time, you will arrive to an answer to this question on your own. There are plenty of youtubers that don't address their audience, and they still have an amazing following.
