Please tell me what's good about it or what "sucks".

The "PARODY" letters you have on the left side of the layout reminds me alot of The watchmen title

The whole theme is based of an older layout youtube was using , that should be fixed. Something about the 3D letters is just really off, you should put them facing in 1 direction instead or scrambling it.
