My YT acc. and Fraps ( Mic. Recording )

I've started a YouTube gaming channel with a some Tutorials.
Now , unfortunately ... so far, without commentery.
So i ask you...If anyone knows how can i get my Michrophone to `use`.
With Fraps... In `Movies/Sound... i have only one checkpoint.. just
`Record Sound`.
Without the other one, i saw, i can't record my mic.
now, so far, noone knew how to help me, if someone here knows please

I recommend you try Bandicam , its better and way easier to use then fraps in my opinion.

Well Congratulations for the new gaming channel
now let me help you a little bit with your problem
i record my videos with fraps and you can hear me talk
there is a little bit a problem with my audio because my mic wasn't on full streangth
and need to decend the volume of other programs (the game or whatever you are doing)
to make it work the best way you need windows 7
