Im by no means a professional, but based on the short way you described your symptoms it sounds kind of like one aspect of bipolar disorder.
Other than that (and in this area I am a bit of a professional due to the fact that I have clinical depression), like many others said, find something to occupy your mind. Some popular ways of doing this are: Performing some kind of physical activity, playing video games, watching movies, stuff that requires creative thinking like drawing or playing music, etc.
Basically anything that makes your mind wander over to something less depressing. I've personally found that drawing, singing and playing guitar has helped me a lot.
If you just need someone to talk to, send me a PM -
I understand what you're going through, because it's what I go though myself. I can agree with what Lolnus our friend just said. I don't think being bipolar is a bad thing though (maybe because I have it and I just want to make myself feel better about it xD).
Well, one thing you can do is not let the depression fully take over you. You gotta fight a little, but not too much. c: Just some advice from a fellow.
Also! I let my soul just roam free and take me wherever, and so I find myself doing all kinds of things, from reading books I've never read to talking to people or friends, or just really eating a lot (that's what I do when I'm depressed). A little of optimism (one of the ways of getting more eased of depression) doesn't hurt either.
Friends are great when you're in such a state (that rhymed!), and I don't mind being one of them. Just shoot a message or don't hesitate to talk to me.
Is all~ I hope you'd feel better soon. c: -

Hello people so lately I have been feeling depressed. I dont't know what causeing to feel depressed. The depression will anly last for a few hours but then I will feel like my normal self. I need help how deal with this. If u bros can really help me out it would be great i hope what I am going thourgh is only for a short time and not for a long time
One of the biggest reasons for depression is too much time to think/over thinking. So hobbies and finding something to do, keeping yourself busy and all that. Enjoy your life and give your brain stimulation-some times that's the root of the sad feeling, your brain wants more. Get into books, hike, go swimming, enjoy the outside. Paint, write, hang out with friends, go to the stores, do your nails. Whatever keeps you smiling and busy-do it :)Etherna likes this.

Oh mo, I didn't mean it was bad! But as with all disorders and the like it comes with both positive and negative aspects (many people woth bipolar disorder are very creative (from time to time xD)) and although I do not know what it feels like I can imagine it being difficult to live withEtherna likes this.
