Species: half-human half-warlock
Power: above-par speed and strength, can see mythical creatures for what they are. Also has slight offensive magics, but great strength in manipulating inanimate objects to move, as well as concealment magic.
Description: short, spiked silver hair, blue eyes, average height and defined build. Usually wears a hakama (samurai pants) along with a black cloak, mid-length boots, and non-restrictive leather gloves. Nothing about his appearance would suggest anything about his nature except being a human.
Personality: open and honest, carefree and fun-loving. Always enjoys a good prank, but when serious, he is merciless.
Motives: find my warlock father and get revenge on those that killed my mother.
Weapon: two katana that he always carries at his waist. These were forged for him as a farewell gift from his father. The blades never dull and are unbreakable.
Other: he carries an amulet that allows him to sense non-human entities nearby. It also alerts him to mass numbers of humans.

"Nyeh! Away with you!" Finnian had (Rather immaturely) yelled at James' back before he went out the door, sticking out a tongue. However, he quailed under the elf's rage."All I did was show him was what a Fox-Flame was! And- EEEEEP!"
He shut up instantly when she shouted. Not moving an inch 'til she went out the window. "Stay put, she says! I can't sit still, I get anxious... But if I move, she'll kick my ass when she finds out." A devious grin slipped onto his face. "...IF she finds out. Hey, me, wanna trade?" He said to his "illusion" as he stood up.

"Best plan ever. And the first order of business is... Finding more herbs. As much as I like the pretty elf, I'd rather do these things myself."
And so, with his clone covering for him, Finnian jumped out the window. But instead of going into the trees, he dropped to the ground hard, rolling to absorb the impact.
That's also when he heard someone calling out, he turned to see a human-like person, passed out. "Can't just leave him." So, he started bitch-slapping him, trying to wake the bugger up.

SLAP! "Wake up!" SLAP! "Rise and Shine!"

No response.

"So that's how it's gonna be? Alright then..." SLAP! "That's for passing out!" SLAP! "That's because I've never seen you before!" SLAP! "That's because I felt like it!" SLAP! "That's for having silver hair, weirdo!" SLAP! "That's for having Katanas as your weapons! HOW ORIGINAL!" SLAP! "That's because it's in my script!" SLAP! "That's because I want to see how long my writer will make me do this!" SLAP! "That's for all the hot elven chicks in the world (Hey, call me.)! And finally...!" SLAP! "THAT'S-" SLAP! ...Nope, nothing. "I... Don't think he's waking up. I'll let someone else deal with him."
And he wandered off, falling back to his original plan of looking for herbs.

A few miles away, he'd finally found the root he was looking for, and mashing it in a mortar and pestle with Kadura stem, had made a simple healing salve, which he applied to his wound, feeling a bit of relief instantly.

"ACTAMIS ORMINIS TATA SPIRITRUM!!!"

The Kitsune's fox ears twitched as he heard a shout. (Those ears weren't decoration, a normal human wouldn't have heard that.) It sounded like the ghost-boy, and that was worrying, and it sounded like a spell being cast. MORE WORRYING!
He took off at a sprint, desperate to find that damned spirit before he did something stupid. But too late, by the time he arrived, Aqua seemed to be stuck in an orb of some sort, and surrounded by ghostly dark clones.

There was no playful smirk on Finnian's face anymore. Only cold fury remained.

"What... Is... This...?" He said with pure venom in his voice. Nobody put maidens in danger around him. "Did dying turn you into an idiot, ghost-boy? Drop the elf and nobody gets hurt. If not, I'll send you to the hell you belong in."
His hands and gauntlets were covered in blue Fox-Flame. The Kitsune was no longer screwing around.



OOC/TL;DR: Snuck out, Bitch-slapped Zarak, got herbs, confronting ghost boy, no longer screwing around, fight scene imminent.

-All the slapping had woken me up-

-upon arrival, finds a kitsune staring down the ghost of a young boy, with an elven girl trapped in a bubble and several ghost clones around her-

-draws out his swords and prepares several hindering spells-

Descending down the stairs, I noticed that the door was strangely left open, taking a peek I take a gander at the commotion occouring.

"What the HELL are you doing, kid!? You let her down right now! Just because you're a ghost doesn't mean that you can just charge in here and kidnap one of our group!"

-notices a seemingly human figure with an aura darker than black-
Ah. A demon. It's been a while since I've seen one of you. You seem to be.... Restrained, though.
-shrugs and returns to the matter at hand-
Nevertheless, a transgression such as this must not be allowed.
-shouts toward the ghost-
Release the elf maiden now, or hell will seem a paradise to you!

You're right.
I am not a normal human. In fact, I'm not entirely human at all.

I am only partially human.
My father was a warlock of no small skill. I inherited his powers of elemental control, along with some of his physical strength and speed.
I was also born with a gift. I can see the true nature of people and things. I see through illusions and can see what mythical creatures truly are.
For example, I can see that ghost-boy over there just put up a shield around himself.
As for your other question.
I just can't let a beautiful girl like you be rendered helpless, now can I?

OOC: In my experience, barriers and other means of containing things are NOT unbreakable, even if you say they are.


IC: The Kitsune paled slightly as Aqua remembered telling him to stay in bed, threatening to place him in a water bubble like the ghost. Whoops.
"I AM in bed! Well, Sort of... I just wanted to find some Ginka root, Makes an excellent healing salve when used right. Finnian did NOT let down his guard nor disperse the flames on his arms. He was expecting the ghost to break out at any second. Having no physical body lets you get out of a lot.
Unbeknownst to anyone else, he'd marked the Half-human as a rival. Of what, you'll just have to find out later.
