You are going to have to include some things, such as a breif explanation to what you do on youtube and in your videos and of course your youtube link, like what genre of games you play, how long you've been doing it (So we can get a hint of how "professional" you are.), your age (Not necessarily needed, but some viewers might find it repulsive to watch a 10 year old and such do commentaries.), what we should expect from you in the future and whatnot (If you have planned say, doing let's plays, requests for different games or activities or some community events or mere collaborations with people.)
Keep in mind that you should be open to criticism and suggestions, not everyone likes what you do and everyone has their right to an opinion.
As for advertising videos, if you just want to show off one of your videos you recently uploaded, you don't have to fill it out for just that, but this should not be a way for you to create a topic for each video or let's play series of yours to end up advertising your whole channel after all, nor should you make one topic with loads of videos in it, 1-3 is max per thread advertising your video(s), if the amount of videos exceed this amount we will narrow it down for you and remove enough until it does no longer exceed the max amount of videos, if you still insist to make new threads containing more than the max amount or edit the rest of the videos back in, all your threads will be deleted and you will recieve a warning.
