Photoshop CS5 , Font horrible quality !!

I'm kinda having a weird problem, when I edit a image on Photoshop and Save it as Jpeg, or PNG (8-24) the picture looks extremely good on my computer, but when I upload it on a website, or set it as a video thumbnail. The Image quality still goods, but the problem is that the text turns into a horrible thing...I don't know why !! I tried everything, but I don't if I'm missing something !!
Here's an example that I made for this post:

As you can see, the picture on the right is okay, but the text got a horrible quality...What can I do to help it ? Please

Dont blame the font. blame the whole image.

some image hosting websites reduce the filesize after a certain amount has been met, which also means quality goes down. The effect is most shown with pics withs lots of colors like gradients, shadows and such.

I think you should know that already my using an image editing software like photoshop.

so, what do I do to have a good font quality ?
like pewds, I never saw any thumbnail with a bad quality of font...and he uses photoshop too doesn't he ?

Use a readable font,that thing looks like something that Satan himself vomited.

reduce the amount of colors used. remove some effects and what morgrayne said.... and maybe some proper research

Since we're talking about photoshop cs5, it's the one i'm using right now. I was wondering what new features does cs6 photoshop has? any of u guys got it?
